Already plotting your lunch break? Estelle's, the South End's peppy little purveyor of Southern cuisine, has revamped its lunch menu (served 11:30 AM-5 PM), and the results sound spicy and superb. The focal point: a slew of new po' boys that cut the autumn chill with a little heat. (Color us unsurprised, since chef Eric Gburski hails from the home of "Hell Night," East Coast Grill.) There's the Cajun grilled chicken with a zingy rémoulade, Cajun meatloaf patties with a spicy Coca-Cola glaze, and the "Dr. Pepper” Scotch bonnet sausage served with hot sauce and sautéed peppers and onions. You'll want to brace yourself for that last one; Scotch bonnet has a heat rating of 100,000 to 350,000 Scoville units, compared to, say, 2,500 to 8,000 for a jalapeño. If you're a sensitive stomach with a post-lunch conference call, you may want to put antacid on the agenda (857-250-2999).
