We're loving the graffiti-inspired wall art that adorns the walls at Central Square's newcomer for bao fans.
First Look and Menu: Bao Nation, Opening This MonthBy Scott Kearnan
May 22, 2014
Doors are almost ready to open at Bao Nation, a Central Square newcomer slated to start satisfying your craving for bun sandwiches by the end of May, according to a rep. The fast-casual concept comes from One World Cuisine, the team behind restaurants like Mela, Diva and Kashmir. But unlike those Indian offerings, Bao Nation will focus on the traditional Taiwanese Gua Bao bun sandwich; expect a menu of more than 10 varieties, steamed dumplings, and house-made drinks like ginger-mint and bubble tea.
Here's the full menu, and a glimpse at an interior boasting some pretty gorgeous wall art. Once doors open, you can get grab some buns at 575 Massachusetts Ave. from 11 AM-11 PM daily.
