Sip on the last few days of summer at Telegraph. The wine bar designed a late summer cocktail that recently made its debut on the selective cocktail menu, and will be gone shortly after the first leaves fall. The Panhandle is a potent combination of wine and liquor. It's made with Colheita port, Letherbee Malort, elderberry juice and accented with hints of orange. The herbal cocktail has hints of floral notes with a bitter finish to remind drinkers that winter is coming.
