Book Now: Cochon Chef's Course at Harman's on Mar. 7

In advance of Cochon 555 this weekend, Harman's Cherry Creek is hosting a six-course, pork-centric bash to benefit the James Beard Foundation on Friday night. Frank Bonanno, Brandon Biederman of Steuben's & Ace, ChoLon Modern Asian Bistro's Lon Symensma and Daniel Asher of Root Down and Linger are all joining Harman's own Mark Fischer and John Chad Little to prepare a dish: from pork belly over pretzel spaetzle to bourbon glazed donuts with crispy pig's ears.

Given the all-star lineup, we assumed this one would sell out immediately. But it turns out there are still reservations available. The dinner starts at 6:30 PM and costs $125 per person. Think of it as your own private Cochon.
