Weekly Planner: From the Dishes of Denmark to the Specialties of Sicily

Many of the get-togethers listed below are sure to sell out in advance, so make those reservations pronto. In fact, we happen to know that two special events on Tuesday — Table 6’s Dina Mondavi Wine Dinner and Root Down’s Dessert Dinner — are already booked, though it never hurts to check for cancellations.

Monday

Cured de France
The Tour de France ends Sunday, so as of today you’ve got just one more week more to sample this Boulder gourmet shop’s race-themed cheese-and-wine packages ($25-$50). Dinner with Dina Mondavi at Flagstaff House Restaurant
Enjoy a five-course feast with the cofounder of Folio Fine Wine Partners (and member of one of California’s winemaking dynasties) while overlooking the Boulder skyline tonight. Firestone Walker Beer Dinner at Ale House at Amato’s

John Fielder Book Signing at LYFE Kitchen
The famed Colorado photographer heads to this Park Meadows eatery (pictured) from 3 to 4:30 PM to sign Nadia's Good Deed, his new children’s book with Haiti activist — and sixth-grader — Rachel Harris. Fabrizia Lanza Lecture and Dinner at Fuel Cafe
Slow Food Denver welcomes Sicilian chef and cookbook author Fabrizia Lanza for a two-part event that starts at 5 PM at The Source (3350 Brighton Blvd.), where she’ll give a free talk about heirloom grains illustrated with samples from Babettes Artisan Breads.
