31 New Dining Options For LAX's Tom Bradley TerminalBy Lesley Balla

Global travelers, take note. After years and years of teasers, planning and official news, the new Tom Bradley Terminal dining deck is gearing up for its official debut next week. Where previously were only McDonald's, Panda Express and Sushi Boy, some heavy hitters are moving in, including many that have never had restaurants in an airport before and that really showcase the Los Angeles dining scene. Among the 31 new dining establishments opening on Wednesday, September 18, there's ink.sack, where you'll hopefully get Michael Voltaggio's cold fried chicken sandwich, Border Grill, Umami Burger, Lamill, Petrossian, 800 Degrees Pizzeria, Larder at Tavern from Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne, Marmalade Cafe, James Beach, Lucky Fish by Sushi Roku, Vanilla Bake Shop and Short Cake.
We're pretty excited for Vino Volo because we've happily waited out a few layovers in Seattle, Sacramento and Oakland with a decent glass of wine, and the new Starbucks going in will launch its first Starbucks Evenings program, which will serve beer and wine (and Frappuccinos) after 4 PM. There will be a big unveiling that day, so take note if you plan on traveling through. The restaurants and new retail concepts will be up and running daily.
Other notable openings include Morimoto's Skewers concept and a Lemonade, which opened in Terminal 5 last year, and a bunch of Original Farmers Market businesses (Loteria Grill, Monsieur Marcel and more) should debut alongside them sometime next year. And coming to Terminal 4 will be an outpost of Mark Peel's Campanile and a version of Cole's, among others.
