Monday, June 23
Teen chef prodigy Flynn McGarry is doing his own residency within a residency at Fifty Seven, staring with a special dinner tonight. The first pop-up sold out, but check to see if there were any cancelations tonight. Nine courses for $150 per person. The next two will be on July 21 and August 11. Here's more about Eureka (712 S. Tuesday, June 24
Top Chef alum Marcel Vigneron teams up with Iron Chef alum Jiro Kobayashi for a special dinner at Sushi Roku on West Third tonight. The six-course menu incorporates each chef's signature style and personalities, and cocktail pairings will be available. $65 per person ($25 for pairings) (8445 W. 3rd St.; 323-655-6767).

Wednesday, June 25
Wednesday is for wine lovers. Sip wines from women winemakers —  Kate MacMurray of MacMurray Ranch,Tara Gomez of Kitá Wines, and Sarah Gott of Joel Gott Wines — at Casa Del Mar's lobby lounge tonight. Tickets are $65 per person and include flights from each winery, plus passed hors d’oeuvres from Chef Sven Mede and live music from the Jasmine Tommaso Trio. The event starts at 6:30 PM. A little more mid-city, Silverlake Wine sets up with four wines, small bites and music at The Grove from 7-9 PM. Tickets are $20 with some proceeds going to Art of Elysium.

Thursday, June 26
Since the chef-packed anniversary dinner at Cliff's Edge has already sold out, you can always head to Calabasas for The James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour at Pedalers Fork. The collaborative dinner features dishes from Gavin Lansdale (Ford's Filling Station), Christian Monchâtre (private chef), Sam Baxter (ProvidenceConnie & Ted's), and host chef Dan Murray. The party kicks off with a cocktail reception followed a five-course menu with wine and Belgian ales. Tickets are $150 per person. The party starts at 6 PM (23504 Calabasas Rd.; 818-225-8231).

Friday, June 27
Chego is in the summer spirit in Chinatown. Go in between 3-6 PM and get a free side of Ooey Gooey Fries, the ones that are beer battered and smothered in cheese, sour cream sambal sauce, pickled garlic and cotija cheese, with any non-combo bowl. The deal is good daily throughout the summer (727 North Broadway; 323-380-8680).

Saturday, June 28
Learn how to prepare a variety of fresh pasta and Italian sauces with Ian Gresich at Drago Centro. Class is held in the vault, the former bank vault that’s now an exhibition kitchen. Cost is $100 per person an includes class, food and a pasta-making kit to take home. Reservation are required and can be made by emailing betty.cardenas@dragocentro.com. Noon-3 PM (525 S. Sunday, June 29
The city's top bartenders come together at Sadie Kitchen & Lounge for the third installment of Art Beyond the Glass, an art, music, photography and cocktail showcase to benefit the Mural Conservancy of Los Angeles. Barmen and women from Harlowe, Tipple & Brine, Pour Vous, Bar 1886 and so many more will bring their creative best both behind the bar and on stage (yep, some even sing and recite poetry). Tickets are $50 per person and including cocktails, snacks from Sadie and Guelaguetza. Get them here. 3-9 PM (1638 N. Las Palmas Ave.).
