Insider Tip: Currently it's only open from 9 AM-5 PM, but there's a wine and cheese happy hour in the works.

  • Vintro Kitchen

Why It's Hot: Inside Miami Beach's Vintro Hotel, this posh Mediterranean eatery boasts antique Cuban tile floors, massive 30-ft. ceilings and solid farm-to-table dishes.
Must-Order: Lamb burger with goat cheese and caramelized onions ($15).
Insider Tip: Park it outside on the pretty terrace overlooking the Collins Canal.

  • L'echon Brasserie

  • Fork & Balls

Must-Order: Spicy pork balls ($8) and a side of polenta fries ($7).
Insider Tip: Skip the wine on tap and go straight for the solid draft beers.

Insider Tip: The tiki-themed cocktails are ideal for summer, especially the Singapore Sling.
