On Tap This Week: Irish Trio Brews, French Toast Foie Gras

Red, the Steakhouse officially adds foie gras French toast ($24) to its dinner menu. The original dish was served as a special last month and will now permanently please palates with its thick slices of homemade brioche bread drenched in a creme brûlée custard and topped with both pan-seared foie gras and ripe strawberries macerated in bourbon.

Mary Brickell Village's staple Fado Irish Pub & Restaurant hosts its Irish Trio’ night on March 12 from 6-9 PM. Guests will enjoy sipping on the pub's signature Imperial Draft Sampler ($10), which includes 12-oz. pours of Guinness Irish Stout, Harp Irish Lager and Smithwick's Irish Ale.

Ayesha's Kitchen presents its Authentic Indian Cooking Class session on March 15 starting at 11 AM. During the three-hour class, students will learn how to perfect traditional dishes like lamb kabobs and lamb rogan josh. Tickets are $75 per person and can be bought here
