Today in our weekly column we take a look at some of the biggest restaurant openings around the country from the nation's most-buzzed-about chefs. From celebrity chef Curtis' Stone's first U.S. restaurant to a Florida classic heading north, check out the hottest openings across America this week below. 

  • Los Angeles: Maude

    Top Chef Masters host and all around TV star chef Curtis Stone is opening his first U.S. restaurant in Los Angeles this week. Expect a monthly rotating $75 tasting menu and a dining room featuring a visible kitchen where you can watch the hunky Stone at the pass. We've got a first look inside right here

  • Washington DC: Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab
