Taste David Ansill’s Lamb at Bar Ferdinand

Get down with five takes on lamb (plus a happily lamb-free dessert) with David Ansill’s tasting menu at Bar Ferdinand this Thursday. For one night only, he’ll offer the six-course meal built around all parts of the young sheep for $60 per person. Look for the dishes featuring tongue, sausage, breast and more, along with one gag plate - a salad made with lamb’s lettuce (very cute). Wine pairings are available for an additional $25.
