Art Smith to Be a Judge on "Top Chef: All Stars" Finale

His goat cheese biscuits are the stuff of legends. Ditto his hummingbird cake. On March 30, though, all eyes will be on Art Smith of Table Fifty-Two for another reason: he'll be appearing as a judge on the finale of Top Chef: All Stars. Whether he’ll favor Richard Blais or Mike Isabella is anybody’s guess.
