Fathom Seafood Bar and New Stephen Starr Projects on the Way

Mike Stollenwerk of Fish and the closed Little Fish is planning Fathom Seafood Bar, a seafood-centric gastropub, for this fall (200 E. Girard Ave., Fishtown).

Stephen Starr is on a development tear. Though his former Washington Square, Angelina and Tangerine spots are empty, he's planning a gastropub at 18th and Sansom Streets, a half block from Rittenhouse Square, and he's bought the Broad Street Diner, a block south of Washington Avenue at Broad and Ellsworth Streets for a concept still to be determined.
