Midtown’s Redeye Grill Changes Name, Updates Menu

The Fireman Hospitality Group, owners of restaurants like Bond 45 and Trattoria Dell’Arte are changing things up at Redeye Grill, a New American eatery that’s popular with Carnegie Hall concert-goers. First change on the docket - the “grill” portion of the name is getting nixed and the eatery will now be known as The Redeye. The menu has also gotten an overhaul – you can expect a selection of new dishes a smoked kielbasa from greenpoint and meatless options like a veggie veal steak parmesan.
