Top Chef Texas Announces Full Cast, Premiere Date

Well folks, it's official: Top Chef Texas is a go, and without further ado, the full contestant list and premiere date have been announced! Kaboom.

The new season will be premiering on Wednesday, November 2 at 10 PM ET/PT featuring guest stars Charlize Theron, Pee-wee Herman, Cat Cora, John Besh, Tim Love, Patti LaBelle. As previously reported, two new judges have been added to the roster: Emeril Lagasse and Hugh Acheson. Here's the full list of cheftestants for Season 9:
