Have you ever wondered what it would be like to taste some of the dishes you see created on Top Chef? Well, if you're going to be in the Orlando area in three weeks, here comes your chance.
Cheftestant Brian Malarkey, who normally cooks at the Oceanaire Seafood Room San Diego, is doing his restaurant a solid and visiting its Orlando branch for a one-night-only meal on Thursday, October 11th – one week after the season finale, for those keeping score at home.
Especially exciting for Chef fans, Malarkey will be presenting a special menu of recipes from the past season, hopefully including his Peasant's Feast from last night's competition (October 11; 6:30 PM; $100 per person; Oceanaire Seafood Room Orlando, 9101 International Dr., Orlando; 407-363-4801).
