is headed to Las Vegas.
The eponymous restaurant of chef-owner Philippe Chow, formerly the chef at Mr. Chow, just announced that it will be the anchor restaurant in the forthcoming Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino going up on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Square.
The new restaurant, Philippe Las Vegas, will be housed in a 9,200-sq.-ft. space with a terrace directly above the Strip and will showcase frequent live musical performances.
