The upcoming debut of the MGM Grand Detroit brings not one but two award-winning chefs to the Motor City: Wolfgang Puck and Michael Mina.
Opening October 2nd, the new hotel and casino will boast three restaurants – Bourbon Steak, Saltwater and the Wolfgang Puck Grille – by the pair of toques.
Mina will offer a surf 'n' turf duo – Bourbon Steak, a modern interpretation of the traditional steakhouse, and Saltwater, which will showcase the chef's signature seafood dishes.
