Over the past few weeks, thanks in part large part to the debut of the new Palazzo Hotel, a slew of high-profile restaurants have opened in Las Vegas. Sin City keeps the imports coming as outposts of LA's Ago and NYC's Dos Caminos and Hawaiian Tropic Zone have all set up shop.
