In the atmospheric West Village space that’s been alternately known as the Blue Mill or Grange Hall since the 1940s comes Commerce, a new arrival from Montrachet alums; both the New American menu and the room itself have been significantly upgraded from its earlier incarnations, while the cozy vibe and cool crowd seem reminiscent of the Odeon in its heyday.
