Chef Marcus Samuelsson (NYC’s Aquavit, Riingo) concocts a pricey menu of seafood and small plates at C-House, an ultracontemporary Streeterville arrival whose clean, serene feel perfectly complements the boutique vibe of the new Affinia Chicago hotel; nautical photography and a raw bar lend a seafaring feel to the open kitchen–equipped dining room, while a 28th-floor rooftop lounge, C-View, features a 'living wall' of greenery and a limited version of the menu.
