The 2009 Philadelphia Restaurants guide has just been released, and the results of this year’s Survey prove that the city definitely feels a lot of brotherly – and sisterly – love for its waiters. Philadelphians are the nation's highest average (self-reported) tippers, leaving 19.6% compared to the countrywide average of 19%. Philly also showed the love to the Four Seasons' Fountain Restaurant, which once again took the No. 1 spot for Food, and also topped the Service and Decor lists. Meanwhile, Buddakan came in first for Most Popular Restaurant, and Top-Rated Newcomers included Cochon, Azie, Vietnam Café, Supper and Bindi.
