The Eclectic menu at Veloce Cibo, a midpriced arrival in Henderson’s M Resort, is nothing if not contemporary, mixing sushi and tapas with more conventional entrees, while the view from its 16th-floor rooftop perch can only be called timeless; that also describes much of the decor, which evokes the Italian Riviera with lemon-tree motifs, hand-blown glass bottles and paneling worthy of a vintage Chris-Craft deck.
