While The Biltmore's past as a speakeasy shines through with its decor of mahogany and pressed tin, this midpriced American bar and grill in Newton is looking to a gastropub future; from its ploughman’s platters and fish ’n’ chips to its blueberry gimlets, almost everything is cured, cut and muddled in-house.
