Boston’s indie fast-food scene is growing like the ivy on its campuses’ walls; the latest appeal to eco-friendly coeds is B.U. burger joint Grille Zone, which relies on local purveyors for its mostly made-to-order repertoire featuring wings, dogs, fries, frappés and, of course, fresh-ground burgers; likewise, recycled and/or compostable materials dominate its design.
