This waterfront institution is offering diners free trolley service to and from the summer concert series at the Bank of America Pavilion.
For the entire month of June, Todd English's steakhouse will woo couples with a three-course prix fixe menu for two. $90 gets them their choice of appetizer, entree – including the likes of skirt steak tacos and Brazilian churrasco – and dessert.
As the Langham Hotel's new executive chef, former chef-de-cuisine Mark Sapienza will oversee the kitchens of both the American Cafe Fleuri and the French-Mediterranean Julien.
This desserterie plans to open its third branch in Brookline's Coolidge Corner on the two-story site formerly occupied by Chinatown Seafood (1306 Beacon St.). Like the other locations, this one will offer dinnertime desserts and savory "preludes," as well as baked goods and lunch service, when it opens later this month.

Brunch now boasts a make-your-own Bloody Mary bar; blend your choice of vodka with an array of tomato-based juices, spices, hot sauces and garnishes. The bar's open from 11:30 AM to 4 PM – two hours past the end of brunch service.
Diners who need help navigating the wine list at this Back Bay seafooder can now access the Wine Skipper, a wireless device that features everything from winery profiles to reviews to pairing suggestions.
With the renovation of its downstairs lounge, this sleek nightspot has gotten even sleeker: it now features a blue-steel bar, an audio-and-video-synchronized "music visualization system" and VIP "pods" serviced by concierges.
"Doggie Days" on the patio are back: Saturdays from 2 to 5 PM, your pup can enjoy canine cuisine from Polka Dog Bakery – including meatballs and a lamb-broth-based "dogmopolitan" – while you munch from the cafe menu.
This West Roxbury establishment celebrates "First Fridays" by serving up free appetizers from 3 to 4 PM on the first Friday of each month.
