Last year, celebrated chef Jacques Chibois came to Boston to sweeten the city with his country French cuisine at Miel, the elegant 24/7 eatery at the InterContinental Boston that serves Provençal cuisine. Now the forthcoming Regent Boston at Battery Wharf wants to one-up by opening a restaurant with Guy Martin, of the fabled Grand Véfour in Paris.
