If you can hold off dinner until after 9 PM on Wednesday or Sunday nights, chef Tony Maws of Cambridge's Craigie Street Bistrot will cook a spontaneous meal for your table. Choose a four-course ($39.99) or six-course ($55) menu that's either The Surprise (dishes may include meat and fish) or The Vegetarian and let the award-winning toque whip up a dinner of specialty dishes for you. Not into following the chef's whim? The prix fixe Neighborhood Menu (three courses for $38) is available during dinner service on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and after 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays (617-497-5511).
