A Taste of Puglia at Tremont 647

Everyone needs to mix it up now and again, and for Tremont 647 chef-owner Andy Husbands that means trying something new in the kitchen. On Monday, January 21st, Husbands will get together with chefs Ed Doyle (Real Food) and Josh Ziskin (La Morra) to cook up an Italian feast at his New American bistro in the South End. Be there at 6 PM for a prosecco reception and passed apps, followed by a four-course, Puglia-inspired menu ($39 per person; 617-266-4600).
