Michael Schlow – über-chef, owner of Alta Strada in Wellesley and co-owner of Radius, Via Matta and Great Bay – will be the consulting chef at 606 Congress, the new restaurant in South Boston's forthcoming Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. Slated to open this spring, it will serve American cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner (606 Congress St.).
