The much-anticipated Persephone, Michael Leviton's (Lumière) organic-minded Med-French that's part of the Achilles Project, made its official debut last night serving plates in four sizes (small to extra-large) designed to share and a bar menu of snacks (283 Summer St.; 617-695-2257).
