Quince Bistro
Restaurants getting smart about size are carrying half-bottles of wine so diners can mix and match tastes without overdoing it. Depending on how generous the pour, these 375-ml bottles hold the equivalent of between two and two-and-a-half glasses of wine. Quince Bistro presents more than a dozen demis on its menu. Needham steakhouse Vintage, where Jeff Fournier (51 Lincoln) has taken over, also offers 375s on its extensive list. And tucked away in the North End, Prezza has long led the half-bottle charge.
