Summer House's Beachside Bistro

Marc Orfaly, chef-owner of Pigalle in Boston’s Theater District and Marco in the North End, is on Nantucket for the summer hitting the kitchen of Summer House and its patio, Beachside Bistro. “I’ve always wanted to cook on the island,” says Orfaly. With his mainland restaurants still cranking, he'll create Pigalle-like cuisine, but lighter. "The produce and fish are stars here."
