The 21st Amendment was passed on December 5th, 1933, but Eastern Standard has been celebrating the 75th anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition all year long. And summer is a fine time to kick back with a few from their specially designed menu featuring a dozen Golden Age cocktails. Try a flight of flapper faves, like Satan’s Whiskers and the Monkey Gland, that were all the rage in the Roaring Twenties. July's featured drink is the Sensation, a gin-based libation made with maraschino liquor, fresh lemon juice and mint. In August, the rum-based El Presidente steps into the starring role.
