Near the Financial District, Intrigue Cafe at the Boston Harbor Hotel serves Maine lobster salad on a grilled roll accompanied by asparagus, roasted tomato and yellow bean salad ($21.50). Further up the harbor, near Columbus Park, Tia’s on the Waterfront offers its classic version with a cup of clam chowder ($24.95) or with fruit and chips ($20.95). And popular Charlestown party spot Tavern on the Water has a sweeping view of Boston Harbor to accompany its lobster salad on a torpedo roll with shredded lettuce ($17.95).
