Since chef Erwin Ramos opened Olé Mexican Grill in 1998, he’s been turning out Mexican food that marries haute cuisine sensibilities and technique with down-to-earth ingredients and home-cooked comfort. Get a glimpse of how he works his craft at his intimate cooking demos at Olé every other Saturday in August (2, 16, 30). At each session, Ramos will give a casual talk about the culinary traditions of various cities in Mexico.
