Via Matta
On October 15th, the chefs at Via Matta will create a five-course Italian dinner with wine pairings, featuring the week's harvest from their organic produce supplier, Nesenkeag Farm. In order to raise awareness about sustainable eating practices, Eero Ruuttila, manager of the Litchfield, NH, farm, will be discussing farming in rural New England and the benefits of living off the land (7 PM; $100 per person, all inclusive; 617-422-0008).
