From October 1st–December 31st, Francophiles will want to visit the Omni Parker House to sample dishes from its breakfast, lunch and dinner specials honoring French cuisine. Parker’s, the main restaurant, as well as room service, will serve Délifrance Petit Pavé Rustique bread, Bonne Maman jams, bakery items, butter, condiments and cheeses – all imported from France – and feature specialties such as Poêlée de St. Jacques (sautéed sea scallops), Petite côte de boeuf à la Bordelaise and apple tarte Tatin. French wines such as Louis Jadot Pinot Noir Burgundy 2005 will also get top billing. All recipes were developed by Omni executive chefs in conjunction with Sopexa, the French agency that promotes French food and wine in the U.S. (60 School St.; 617-227-8600).
