Icarus has added an impressive live jazz program to its lounge area. Modern jazz pianist Keigo Hirakawa performs every Thursday from 7–11 PM, and he’ll appear with different accompanists from the New England Conservatory each week. On Fridays (7-11 PM), veteran pianist Mark Kross performs with an ever-changing roster of local musicians. There is never a cover, and to celebrate the lounge’s new musical offerings, a special “jazz menu” of sub-$10 bites (duck liver pate, Asian chicken skewers) has been created for the lounge (617-426-1790).
