Easter Feasting

Hippity hoppity to these restaurants on April 12 for special Easter menus and family fun.

The Beehive: In the South End, this New American will be celebrating all day long with live entertainment, food specials and kid-friendly surprises (including an egg hunt from 10 AM–4 PM). Regular à la carte brunch and dinner menus will be served throughout the day, as will a special $5 kid's menu (10 AM–1 AM; 617-423-0069).

The Blue Room: This Kendall Square fave is laying out an eclectic holiday buffet featuring special seasonal extras (seatings at 10 AM, noon and 2 PM; $30 per person, $15 for kids; 617-494-9034).

Café Fleuri: The Langham Hotel's welcoming cafe is offering its Saturday Chocolate Bar on April 11, with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny (11 AM–3 PM; $40 per person, $25 for kids). On Sunday, guests can enjoy an opulent jazz brunch (10:30 AM–5 PM; $84 per person, $40 for kids; 617-451-1900).

dante: The Royal Sonesta Hotel's signature Italian celebrates the holiday with a menu that features chef-owner Dante de Magistris’ family recipes. The three-course prix fixe will include a mix of modern brunch items and old-world Italian fare (10:30 AM–4 PM; $50 per person; 617-497-4200).

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse: A special three-course prix fixe menu, including dishes like filet mignon Benedict and smoked salmon quiche, will be offered alongside the kitchen’s regular à la carte offerings (11:30 AM–3 PM; $29.95 per person; 617-292-0808).

L’Espalier: Celebrating Easter for the first time in its new digs in the Mandarin Oriental, this foodie fave is serving a special holiday brunch until 4 PM, followed by regular dinner service (11:30 AM–4 PM; $75 per person, $35 for children 12 and under; 617-262-3023).

75 Chestnut: This Beacon Hill American starts celebrating Easter on Saturday with complimentary egg decorating and menu specials such as an apple-smoked ham panini and roasted lamb loin. Sunday the fun continues with special brunch items, followed by regular dinner service (Saturday noon–3 PM; Sunday 10:30 AM–9 PM; 617-227-2175).

Top of the Hub: Enjoy the holiday 52 floors above the Back Bay with a four-course brunch (served until 3 PM) or a four-course dinner. Live jazz will be performed in the lounge throughout the day, and guests will also receive complimentary admission to the Prudential’s Skywalk Observatory two floors below (11 AM–9 PM; $67 per person, $29 for children; 617-536-1775).
