Ken Oringer
Later this summer, Ken Oringer is adding a sixth spot, Coppa, to his collection of area restaurants. With the help of partner Jamie Bissonnette (chef of Toro), he's taking over the former Dish space on Shawmut Avenue in the South End, opening what the pair are billing as an intimate neighborhood enoteca. The market-driven menu of housemade charcuterie, small plates, wood-oven pizza and homemade pasta will primarily feature local, sustainable ingredients (253 Shawmut Ave.).
