Downtown Crossing’s BiNA Osteria has opened a food cart on Boston Common, at the corner of Tremont and Boylston, offering breakfast items, grilled-to-order panini and other specialties. With a few tables to sit at, it resembles an outdoor cafe (8 AM–6 PM).
