in the Waterfront Boston Harbor Hotel, you can enjoy the restaurant's
lobster salad in a lightly toasted challah roll with a side of fries

Tavern on the Water in Charlestown serves up its own Maine lobster roll with classic Old Bay spice and a sweeping view of the city ($17.95; 617-242-8040).
