Park Square's former Bonfire steakhouse has been lightened up to become Pairings, which offers a menu of New American small plates (from the same chef) accompanied by many wines in 3- or 6-oz. pours; the decor has also been refreshed with lighter colors, brighter lighting, reupholstered banquettes and chairs, and all-glass doors that open up to the sidewalk for alfresco dining; N.B. it’s open for breakfast and dinner, with lunch starting next week.
