Terrance Brennan of NYC’s Artisanal and Picholine has revealed that he is crafting a Chicago rendition of Artisanal, his esteemed "Fromagerie & Bistro." The ETA is unknown – ditto for the address (he’s considering the Market District).
Meanwhile, Brasserie Ruhlmann, the deco-inspired eatery in NYC's Rockefeller Center, will bring its big brasserie concept to the old Monkey Wards HQ (southwest corner of Chicago Ave. and Larrabee St.) this summer.
