will open later this month at 1370 Bank Drive (847-240-1414).
National pub chain Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant makes its Illinois debut on April 23rd, bringing its craft brews and Eclectic eats to Southwest Suburban Bolingbrook (Promenade Bolingbrook, 639 E. Boughton Rd.; 630-739-6036).
This summer, two of Clean Plate Club’s popular concepts will set up shop in the 24,000-sq.-ft. former Prairie Rock Brewing Company space (1385 N. Meacham Rd., Schaumburg). Look for Davis Street Fishmarket in June and Pete Miller’s Seafood & Prime Steak in August.
