Crust, the long-awaited organic flatbread-sandwich-salad spot from Michael Altenberg of Bistro Campagne, will hit Wicker Park (2056 W. Division St.) within a few weeks.
Later this spring, Millennium Park will become home to Tavern at the Park, a moderately priced, family-oriented New American entry from the Keefer’s crew – with John Hogan as executive chef. Rooftop dining will take advantage of the spectacular setting (130 E. Randolph St.).
By summer, the Shikami brothers, owners of River North’s Kevin, will unveil a second restaurant named Shikago on the ground floor of an historic Philip Johnson building (190 S. LaSalle St.), with private dining in the sky, or at least on the 40th floor.
