On Sunday, June 3rd, old world and new world wines will square off at a Tru wine dinner hosted by triple-threat sommeliers Scott Tyree, Alpana Singh and Robert Bath and guest winemaker Susana Balbo of the Susana Balbo Winery in Argentina. A special five-course meal will be paired with the pours, to include selections from Veuve Clicquot-Ponsardin, Domaine Dujac, Château Rayas, Château d’Issan, Alois Lageder, Grover Vineyards of India, Greenhough Vineyards of New Zealand and Lieb Cellars of Long Island (6 PM champagne reception followed by dinner; $225 per person; 676 N.
