Nearly everything is organic (including most beverages) at Crust, Michael Altenberg’s breakthrough ‘pizza lounge’ offering inexpensive ciabatta-style flatbreads made with classic and more unusual global ingredients; set in the former Settimana Café space in Wicker Park, it has a hipster-retro feel with exposed brick, fabric ceiling panels and an oversized patio; N.B. they also serve brunch.
