Chicago chefs are a roving bunch. The latest list of departures includes the top-billed toques of two splashy newcomers: Peripatetic chef Eric Aubriot is already out of Alhambra; Michael Dean Hazen is gone from his gig at ristorante we; and Aaron Whitcomb has exited the kitchen door of Room 21.
